At CAR, we understand that each patient is unique. Our individualized care plans are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. From the initial consultation through every stage of your treatment and rehabilitation, our team is dedicated to ensuring that you receive the most effective and compassionate care possible.
During your first visit with us, we will take an X-ray of your limb. You will meet with each member of our team to receive a thorough evaluation of your needs and goals, which will take 1-2 hours. Our coordinators will discuss your follow-up visits and refer you to any necessary specialists, if needed. They will also track your ongoing care and assist you with any questions you may have along the way.
-
An essential part of our individualized care is conducting an in-depth prosthetic evaluation. Our prosthetic specialists work closely with you to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and mobility goals. This comprehensive assessment allows us to design and fit a prosthetic device that provides optimal functionality and comfort.
-
We are committed to supporting you throughout your journey. Our center offers a range of resources to help you along the way.
-
Your care doesn't end once you leave our center. We provide ongoing follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, adjust your prosthetic device as needed, and ensure that you continue to achieve your rehabilitation goals. Our team is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide the support you need to thrive.
